The electromechanical model features a five-handed control panel with a simple rotation, select the type of cooking, temperature, timer and moisture. You can set 5 types of cooking. The thermostat is adjustable from 60°C to 270°C, the insertion of the heating system activates the orange color indicator. The timer rotating clockwise selects the temperature, counterclockwise the time. Moisture knob to adjust the amount of humidity in the room, rotation clockwise allows to select the fixed % of humidity in the room. Moisture button that allows moisture injection in the cooking room, keeping the location manually injects instant moisture. |
