CHARACTERISTICS
Overstructure composed of a tilted level prepared for the insertion of containers with false perforated bottom, useful to contain the product to fry but also to contain the fried product, thanks to the false perforated bottom the product keeps longer the fragrance given by the frying and also the salting can be done directly inside these containers
Cooking floors, dashboards and exposed exterior parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the rest is in AISI 400 series including internal parts such as combustion chambers and internal fireplaces (we highlight that the galvanized sheet is normally used for internal parts).
In the upper part of the superstructure the upper floor used as a support plan accommodates in the lower part a halogen light system (optional) which, if necessary, serves to keep the fried products below warm.
The operator front is equipped with a handrail, useful to hang tools and protect the operator from the heat developed by the oil inside the tanks.
Another important accessory is the analog thermometer placed on the dashboard that detects the real-time temperature of the oil in the tank, this allows the operator to make perfect fries avoiding dipping the products to fry in the tank when the oil is not at the optimal temperature.
The standard equipment also includes a bathtub with oil collection filter (for machine) and the cover covers tub and a large basket for each tub.
