GENERAL FEATURES
The pasta machine is suitable for laboratories of fresh pasta, but also dry... just match it to our dryers.
The upper kneading tank is centrifugal, allows a homogeneous and faster mixing and a static dough hydration, decreasing the oxidation of the dough and thus preserving the original color
This patented system (type Volumix) also allows to produce very soft dough (bread and pizza) and also makes the machine particularly suitable for the production of special pasta and egg.
The quality of the final product is also guaranteed by the extrusion dynamic that has been designed to keep the quality of raw materials unchanged.
The fender exhaust system allows the passage from the top to the bottom in a few seconds, without having to flip a tub over the other and without the use of the hands to move the product from one tub to another. Faster, hygienic and safer.
Fully removable stainless steel pins and blades facilitate quick cleaning.
The extrusion channel is equipped with fittings for the continuous cooling system, 24h/g.
This small-large double-bath press is ideal for extrusion of all types of flour and gluten-free blends (gluten free) as well as traditional soft wheat flour and semolina.
By changing the thread, with the press you can make many different sizes of pasta of different sizes and by means of a special thread you can also produce the pasta for lasagna and stuffed pasta
The press can be combined with the automatic mixer to produce stuffed pasta, ravioli of various shapes and sizes already cut and separated, stuffed with any type of filling.
Or the pasta machine can be combined with the wrapper+ Raviola
To produce dry pasta you can add to the press the mini-dryer or the drying machine of 100 kg
