GENERAL FEATURES
Smoker for hams at a level for smoking whole hams with bone or on two levels to smoke fish and other delicacies.
A good smoke, as is done by experts, involves 3 stages: salting, drying and smoking. This last step is cold to remove excess water without drying or consuming the product.
Smoke is produced by a slow combustion of beech sawing which then cools in the appliance for a homogeneous yield.
Smoke with wood sawdust, preferably beech, your fish (salmon, trout, eel, herring...), crustaceans (ragostes, shrimp...), meat (anatra meat, fillet...), cured meats (salsicce, lard, ham...) at an extremely low cost
Heating resistance with timer that allows automatic ignition and sawing combustion
