MANUAL OPERATION : In manual mode, the user has full control of the machine functions. An electronic system controls the density of the ice cream by blocking the blade when the preparation becomes too thick. The compressor continues to run. L'operator can at this point decide whether to turn off the machine or switch to automatic storage mode. | |
AUTOMATIC OPERATION: In automatic mode, management of the machine's functions is entrusted entirely to the sophisticated control electronics. At startup, simply activate the preservation button. This will trigger the freezing cycle, and when the ice cream is at the right consistency, the preservation phase will be activated. The preservation cycle managed by the software, will start the blade and compressor according to the density of the preparation to maintain the ideal consistency for serving. | |
In order to always enjoy ice cream of the highest quality, it is preferable not to extend storage in the tank beyond 8 hours | |
For the preparation of ice cream and sorbets, do not introduce more than 800g of mixture in order to allow a proper volume increase during mixing. We recommend pouring the mixture at a temperature between +10°C and +20°C. A higher temperatures the processing time may increase even considerably. Before introducing the mixture into the basket, it is advisable to pre-cool by pressing the compressor button only, 5 minutes before the start of the production cycle. Between preparations it is recommended to let the machine rest for a short time (about 10 minutes). | |
