Churrasco: Brazilian Meat Specialty.
The churrasco is the typical grilled Rio Grande do Sul that is prepared with mixed meat of various types, from chicken to beef, from pork to sheep. The meat of the churrasco is served skewered in sword-shaped spikes.
Beef, pork or sheep are cut into pieces or left whole, marinated (in chimichurri sauce with vinegar chili oil and garlic) and then grilled in professional churrasco machines.
When we talk about churrasco we do not just speak of a mixed grilled meat but of a real symbol of the Argentine and Brazilian cuisine: More than a dish is a true philosophy of life.
How to prepare a good marinade?
Extra virgin olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper combined with a rest of at least 2 hours will make your meat tasty and succulent. You can season the marinade with sweet paprika or chili.
