Equipment for pizzeria: everything you need to buy.
There are essentially three elements to consider when deciding to start a business such as a pizzeria:
- bureaucratic requirements necessary to open the business, as well as the requirements that must be possessed by the owner of the pizzeria;
- The costs that will have to be incurred;
- market analysis to identify where and how to open their establishment;
- menu selection.
In the restaurant industry, in addition to the requirements related to business registration and INPS and INAIL regularization of employees, certain certifications are required for food handling, as well as assessments from a sanitation point of view.
Opening a pizzeria is not a cheap venture. There are many costs to be borne: first of all, you have to consider the costs of renting the premises, you will have to count the expenses for the purchase of everything necessary to run the business, starting from the oven passing through a professional kneading machine and the refrigerator, up to the cost of crockery and furniture. Not to be forgotten, then, are the costs associated with hiring staff, utilities and raw materials.
